What’s New with the instax mini Link 3

Updated design
With its compact size and lightweight build, this portable printer is your ideal creative companion on the go. Smooth, rounded edges give it a head-turning look, while the textured finish ensures a secure grip so it’s comfortable to hold.

Available in three new colours – Clay White, Sage Green and Rose Pink – the instax mini Link 3 is as stylish as it is handy, with an aesthetic that fits any lifestyle. Plus, three LEDs on the front pulse in different patterns depending on what the printer is doing, so you can see what it’s up to at a glance.

The new design also features USB-C charging, allowing faster charge times and bringing the mini Link 3 up to date with all your tech.

instax AiR Studio
Brand-new features have been added to the instax mini Link app, including the instax AiR Studio function, which allows you to create photos in a virtual studio! Your phone will automatically detect the physical environment surrounding your subjects, allowing you to place augmented reality backgrounds, decorations and effects around them.

Once everything looks just right, create your photos and videos, then the choice is yours – either store on your phone or send images straight to the mini Link 3 to print them out.

Print collages and videos
The mini Link 3 has massively improved its printing time, allowing you to print a photo onto credit-card-sized instax mini Film in just 15 seconds! What’s more, the instax mini Link app has added extra printing options, such as selecting frames from videos or creating collages of your favourite snaps.

There’s also a photobooth-style option, where your phone camera grabs six photos at three-second intervals. You can pick two, four or six of those photos to print as a fun collage, and save an animation of all six pics to share on social media.
