The perfect family treat for a winter’s day, our immersive wonderland is brimming with exciting opportunities for little ones and big ones alike. As the countdown to Christmas begins, we’re transforming our first floor — all 3,000 feet of it — into an enchanting festive landscape.

More Than a Photo with Santa

Expect a classic photo with Santa opportunity — and then some. From crafting and games to photo booths and maybe an elf or two, this magical experience brings the wonder of Christmas to life. 

Perfect for families, there’s something for all ages. From the moment you enter, you’ll be welcomed by lavish decor, mirror mazes, and snow-topped trees, setting the scene for a Christmas adventure. There’s a surprise around every corner — and, of course, plenty of chances to capture the moment in photo form.

Santa’s Grotto Meet and Greet

There’s something endlessly joyful about a photo with Santa Claus. Our meet and greet takes place in a charming chalet setting. Santa’s cosy grotto features a glowing brick fireplace for an inviting ambience and the perfect picture opportunity.

Festive Photo Booths

The photo ops don’t stop there. Don your Santa hat, reindeer antlers or boldest Christmas jumper and hop into one of our fantastical photo booths to take some festive selfies.

Elf Warehouse

Venture further around the space and find Santa’s helpers hard at work, creating toys, packing presents, and getting up to mischief. Towering ladders, conveyor belts, and shelves overflowing with gifts create a feast for the eyes. Here, children can collect an array of craft materials to help them get creative and make postcards and Christmas cards.

Santa's Post Office

Now it’s time to send those creations — and where better than Santa’s post office? Print your photos using our handy kiosks and instax Link™ printers, then place your cards in envelopes and pop them in the post box.

Games Zone

There are plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained in the Games Zone. Before you go, don’t forget to head over to the giant Advent calendar wall. This striking centrepiece is the gift that keeps on giving — literally! Here, you can take part in a matching game to be in with a chance of winning special prizes.

How to book your visit

A quick guide to help you book your visit to meet Santa and explore our winter wonderland.

Step 1.
Select the date that you want to visit.
Step 2.
Choose the time slot. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
Step 3.
Select the drop down menu to choose how many children you would like to buy tickets for. Each booking permits two adults free of charge.

Photo Gifting

Why not get ahead on your Christmas shopping while you’re here? We have an array of photo gifts available to print, including our exclusive festive packages:

Package 1:
Costing £20, you can enjoy a minimum of two high-quality digital photos emailed to you.
Package 2:
For £30, you can print a 6"x4" photo and a 6"x8" photo, a 6"x4" Acrylic Snow Frame and you’ll also receive a branded photo holder and can add on digital images for just £5 extra.
Package 3:
Our Family Package includes two 6"x8" prints, two 8"x10", a 6"x4" Acrylic Snow Frame and and two branded photo holders for £40. Plus you can include a digital add-on for an extra £5.

Is there parking nearby?
The nearest car park is the Qpark in Chinatown, located on Newport Place, London, WC2H 7PU.
Where is the nearest tube stop?
Covent Garden and Leicester Square are the nearest tube stations, just a short walk from the FUJIFILM House of Photography.
Is the space wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible and we have an accessible lift to all floors.
How much are tickets?
Tickets cost £30 for one child, which includes two accompanying adults. For two children, it’s £54, and for three children the cost is £81. Please see our booking page for pricing details for four children or more.
Are all activities and photo prints included in the ticket price?

Each ticket covers a 30-minute session, which includes access to the elf workshop and Christmas activities, along with a 3-minute meet and greet with Santa. The price also includes one high quality 6”x 8” Photo with Santa and a gift

How long can we stay for?
Sessions run for 30 minutes — your time includes 3 minutes to meet Santa and the rest of the time to explore and shop the photo packages.
Do we need to book ahead?
We recommend booking your slot ahead of time. You won’t be able to walk in on the day.
What ages need a ticket?
Anyone under the age of 16 will need a ticket purchased if they are attending the activation. This includes meeting Santa and joining the activities. Two adults (over the age of 16) can attend each booking. If you would like more than two adults to attend, we ask that you buy an additional ticket for each additional person.
What if my child has special requirements?
Please email our team at houseofphotography@fujifilm.com to let us know of any special requirments and we will do our best to cater to each family.
Are there any toilet facilities?
No, there are no toilet faciltiies within the store but you will find some nearby.
