TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once you have purchased a ticket, your place on the day will be reserved. If circumstances change and you need to cancel your place, please let us know 10 working days before the event and we will be happy to issue you a refund in full. Places cancelled after this time are non-refundable. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 in order to take part in the experience. In case of emergency on the day, please email houseofphotography@fujifilm.com  

What is included in your ticket?

Each ticket admits one child and includes a maximum of two adults. If a ticket is purchased for multiple children within one booking a maximum of two adults still stands. Each ticket admits the group into the experience for 30 minutes including a 3-minute meet and greet with Santa. You will be provided with a high quality 6”x8” digital photo print per booking and have the option to upgrade to our photo packages or additional photo gifting products. The experience offers a range of self-autonomous photo activations and activities for children and adults to take part in.

Duration

Each bookable session lasts 30 minutes, in which you will be admitted entry into the experience on the first floor and will include a 3-minute meet and greet with Santa. We advise that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking to ensure you are admitted on time. Late-comers and missed sessions will not be rebooked or refunded.

Photography

Our Christmas experience encourages photography during the session in all areas except the Santa’s Grotto. Within the Grotto experience we will provide professional photography with the latest range of cameras and professional lighting. Please feel free to use your smart phone, digital camera or other devices within the rest of the experience. We will have a range of photo gifting services accessible for all attendees to print their photos during and after the experience.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of harassment, discrimination or abuse against our staff and performers. We reserve the right to terminate your session without a refund should we choose.

After complete fulfilment of the contract for your order, your data will be stored until expiry of the statutory retention periods under applicable tax and trade laws.
